Question: Domain Name Expired
My domain has expired. How can I reactivate it?
Solution:
[--- UPDATED: 5/30/2006 11:45:03 AM BY AGENT: Default Profile ---] You can reactivate your domain so long as your domain name is in the registrar redemption period (30 days after your domain expired), You will need to enter your new credit card information at http://www.netmart.com/domain-registration.asp. If your domain name is more than 30 days expired, you may have to bid for it as the registrar may choose to auction it off or permanently delete it in which case you can re-register it.

Question: Can't Send My Email
I can't send out my email. I didn't have this problem before.
Solution:
Please check with your ISP. Some ISP's don't allow you to use 3rd party SMTP servers. If this is the case you must use your ISP's SMTP server to send out your email. If you do not know what your ISP's SMTP server is then you can get this information from your ISP.
